主要特点

Main Characters
涂油系统:涂油采用涂油管旋转同时对磨针涂油,涂油旋转可达到两圈,保证涂油的均匀   度。滴油采用微量调节针阀和总阀相结合的控制方式,保证滴油的可控性。涂油器采用快   装系统,大大节省了更换涂油器的时间。

蘸胶系统:实现模条翻倒、六条蘸胶、模条翻转定型、送入轨道。新型研制的加宽、多层   保温胶槽,保证了胶液液面的平稳和胶液温度的恒定。蘸胶系统采用新一代伺服电机,圆   盘升降与圆盘旋转分开单独控制,实现蘸胶多段多速控制,满足硬质空心植物胶囊生产的   需要,并且还可以根据生产的实际需要调整多段多速。

自动套合系统:对已成型胶囊实行脱模、定长、切口和套合一系列动作,定长长度可以保   证在±0.1mm 以内,且套合预锁。由于自动套合机是纯机械传动,而且根据植物空心胶囊生产设备自动机部件总体设计中各机构和摩擦副的润滑要求、工况和环境条件,进行集中   润滑系统的技术设计,并确定合理的润滑系统,包括润滑系统的形式确定、计算及选定组   成系统的各个润滑原件及装置的性能、规格、数量,系统中各管路的尺寸及布局。
设计原理:利用主轴动力增加链传动带动齿轮泵,齿轮旋转时利用布局管路、定量分配器   实现远、近端定量润滑,无需另外增加主传动,有效的利用空间。齿轮泵可与被润滑的机   械分开,对摩擦副进行逐个润滑,完全覆盖每一个润滑点。
